The Story of the Gentiles

I'm so glad you came here to join in the discussions of the Gentiles.

The story of the Gentiles goes way, way, back to the Old Testament. I won't go there because the truth of the matter is that the Gentiles are anyone who are not from the house of Israel.
Remember the story of the children of Israel, my last blog, well if you understood what the story was saying, about Jacob, being the son of Isaac, who is the son of Abraham, and his name being changed to Israel. Remember Israel (Jacob ) had twelve sons and those sons had children and so forth, hence, the Children of Israel (Jacob), or the Israelites, or the House of Israel.
Simply put, the Gentiles are every nation outside the Children of Israel (Jacob). The nations which are not a part of the nation of Israel.
The word Gentiles means in short : heathens or the nations, that is, outside of God and his covenant. At least that is how it is used in the bible.

As we know, there is a man by the name of Paul who is an apostle to the Son of God and was given the office to minister to the Gentiles and to convert them to followers and believers of the Son of God...
